GIF Character Animation

Job description:

"We are currently developing 7 cute musical characters that need to be animated as a GIF (around 5 seconds long) for a mobile app. We have an individual line drawing of each character and from there would need someone to build the animated sequence (color them in, create the motion sequence, etc.). Attached is an example of one of the characters that would need to be animated."
